About the Position

Enterprise Medical is partnering with a federally qualified health center in the Greater St. Louis area to welcome a family medicine physician to their growing practice. Group has needs in Belleville, Granite City and Alton, IL.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient Family Medicine caring for patients of all ages.
• Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 schedule with potential for 4-day workweek
• Steady patient volumes and a practice structure designed for continuity and long-term patient relationships

Compensation & Benefits

• Robust base salary ($225K to $295K) with additional bonus incentives
• Opportunity to earn an extra ~$15,000 annually through patient-encounter bonuses
