- Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,080 - $1,130
Job Requirements - Active, unencumbered LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in New Hampshire or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Long Term Care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), assisted living, or similar setting
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident advocacy skills
- Comfortable and experienced working 12-hour night shifts
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment, prioritizing safety and dignity
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed; ensure accurate medication administration documentation
- Conduct resident assessments, monitor conditions, and promptly report changes to RNs and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans
- Support residents with daily living activities, promote a positive living environment, and participate in care planning meetings
