Our Kelly Pediatric Therapy Senior Recruiter is accountable for:

• Designing, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations for pediatric therapy and behavioral health positions
• Leading recruitment efforts for specialized professionals including Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), mental health professionals, and other education and therapy professionals
• Acting as a Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with candidates, clients, community outreach organizations, professional organizations, and educational centers
• Handling recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, and offer management
• Developing proactive and creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain qualified pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill positions
• Partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, provide recruiting insights, and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
• Monitoring recruiting activity and pipeline progress and adjusting recruiting strategies as needed to achieve fulfillment expectations
• Building relationships with professional organizations, educational institutions, community partners, and other talent sources to expand specialized candidate pipelines
• Attending and/or leading scheduled job fairs, professional networking events, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition activities
• Supporting recruiting initiatives and sharing recruiting knowledge, best practices, and market insights with team members
• Providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or human resources experience required
• Direct experience recruiting within education, therapy (OT, PT, SLP, mental/behavior health, etc), and/or a related field required
• Demonstrated experience recruiting specialized and/or hard-to-fill professional positions
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent candidate assessment, interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service focused
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex recruiting needs
• Ability to analyze recruiting activity and adjust strategies to improve candidate pipelines and fulfillment
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment
• Must be able to work Eastern Time (EST) business hours
• Position is open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States

This role is a fully remote position and requires the ability to work Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Base pay range for this position is $55,000-65,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
